Return Policy

Rusty Riders wants you to be satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to return or exchange items. With old bikes it can sometimes be a guessing process. Because of this our return process is hassle free.

Send it back to us within 30 days of purchase in the same condition and with the same packaging it was sent to you in.

Please include a copy of your receipt along with a note letting us know why you are returning it and what you would like (exchange or refund) and we will take care of it.

Special orders, electrical and closeout items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Rusty Riders is not responsible for original or return shipping costs. Items sent to Rusty Riders C.O.D. will be refused.

All returns or exchanges must have the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt included with the return.
